Sproutbook has monthly and yearly subscription options. The monthly subscription is $6.99 per month, and annual is $59.99 per year (a savings of nearly 30%).

If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), you can update or cancel anytime in your device settings. If you subscribed on our website, you can manage your subscription directly from your settings in the Sproutbook app.

Yes. Every new user starts with a 2-week free trial—no strings attached. You will not be charged until your trial is over, and you can cancel your membership anytime.

You’ll always retain view access to everything you’ve saved. However, you won’t be able to add new entries or generate new recaps without an active subscription.

Yes! Sproutbook gift cards make the perfect baby shower or “just because” gift. They’re available for a one-year subscription and can be sent instantly by email with a personal message.

Recipients can redeem their gift card by entering their gift card code in the "promo code" section of the checkout page when signing up for a new account.  

No, Sproutbook gift cards do not expire. Gift card codes can only be used once and should be stored securely until redeemed by the intended user.  

Yes. As long as you have your login credentials, you can log into your account on multiple devices, so your memories are always with you.

Yes. Sproutbook uses secure cloud storage to protect your memories. Your data is private and only visible to the people you choose to share with.

We’re sorry to see you go but rest assured we take your data and privacy seriously. We retain data as long as needed to provide services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting help@sproutbook.app. Doing so will also deactivate your account and subscription without eligibility for refund. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
